Random Thoughts After A Decent Day!
That’s a Ton of CSS or Clicking!

You Don’t Have To Read It!
What is that God Awful Slider up there? That’s the day, everyday!
For the millionth time. I am still not a “programmer”, I can write and alter some basic languages. When I say basic, I am not referring to that particular langue. I simply meant “not that difficult”.
That’s not even the struggle anymore when it comes to putting your stuff out there “above” others. It goes so much deeper!
So let’s just start with “web design” and why it’s a farce. Yes there’s a fair share of real programmers adding to the “web design” platforms everyday.
It’s Trickery!
The digital landscape is rife with misdirection. ‘Web design platforms’ market convenience, but deliver confinement. They are designed to extract recurring revenue, not empower creators.
The ‘free store’ is a prime example of this. The user is then locked into the platform.
A truly owned online presence requires control, customization, and a deep understanding of the digital ecosystem.
I utilize code as a tool, not a defining characteristic. I am a builder, and content creator. The ability to manipulate and create, is far different then following a template.
To rise above the digital clamor, one must also understand the nuances of marketing and social media.
And speaking of misdirection, let’s examine Amazon. The company’s valuation is not built on generosity, but on the reliable stream of subscription fees. It’s a business model built on consistency, not charity. The numbers are clear.

It’s important to differentiate between overall Amazon Prime revenue and the revenue specifically from Prime subscriptions. Here’s a breakdown based on the information I found:
- Overall Amazon Prime Revenue:
- In 2023, Amazon Prime generated approximately $40.2 billion in revenue. This figure encompasses the broader Prime ecosystem.
- Prime Subscription Revenue:
- In 2022, Amazon generated $35.22 billion in annual revenue specifically from Prime subscription fees.
- It is seen that in 2023 that number increased to 40.2 billion.
- Key Trends:
- Amazon Prime’s revenue has shown significant growth in recent years.
- This growth is driven by factors like increasing subscriber numbers and the expansion of Prime benefits.
- Also the Amazon prime video aspect of prime has also shown very strong growth.
To get the most up-to-date figures, it’s always best to refer to Amazon’s official financial reports.
Cuz that’s where you’ll get the truth! In the end, that subscription doesn’t cost them anything. Plus, they get a few billion from the people that do the work, making and selling products! It’s a Scam!

Another Month on The K3 Max Combo!

“Disappointment? Yeah, I’ve built up a tolerance, but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t sting. Let’s talk about the 3D printing ‘niche’ for a second. It’s… chaotic. I remember Napster, so the whole ‘download and trinket’ thing wasn’t exactly my vision. Sure, flipping someone else’s designs to friends sounded easy, but that’s not what I’m about. I saw potential in prototypes, custom solutions, and genuine innovation. I wanted to print anything, on a decent build plate. I wanted to design, collaborate, and build my own library. I needed a serious printer.
And that’s where the real education began. Without drowning you in financial details and countless wasted hours, I’ve wrestled with printers. Buying, testing, burying them. Support tickets, endless emails, all while running machines and designing parts. I’ve been watching the industry, and it’s been a ride.
Three years and thousands later, I saw an opportunity with AnyCubic. I got the K3 Combo, then asked about large format. They pointed me to the K2, so I grabbed it. I thought I had all bases covered – color, size, speed, reliability. And then, the very next day, they announce the K3 Max Combo, a ‘founders price’ deal, and later, the S1 Enclosed. I asked about large format, not enclosed multi-color. My mistake, I guess. I didn’t think I needed an enclosure. I have a climate-controlled print room, a walk-in closet converted into a full-on print lab.
The silver lining? I was in the first 50 for the K3 Max, ordered it at midnight on release day. I was expecting to get it first, make a video, boost AnyCubic, maybe even score another deal. You know the drill.
But here’s the reality: units are shipping, but not to the US. We’re not ‘the best’ in the influencer world, apparently. Politics and tariffs aside, it feels like they’re just behind. Which means, YouTube videos will be out before mine even ships. I’m not a YouTuber, but I planned on sharing my experience. Now, I’m looking at a March 25th delivery, a month late. So, yeah, disappointment. Still stings.”
Already Late!
With that, This post is complete enough to get to testing! I have plenty of work to do all around, but. The Downloads section is working, does link back home, and the store is functional. I don’t see selling stl files anytime soon, as you can find them free everywhere. I can see selling STEP, F3D, Blender, and other Fully Editable files. Again this will help designers combat the “AI” era. Don’t worry. That’s not going to last long. AI can’t make you a tool box with intricate parts and print in place bearings.
This post was supposed to be completed last night, but I got tired. I don’t have my Affiliate or sign off Blocks or “Patterns” set on this sub-domain yet, but as always!
